6.1. Fees for our services will be set out in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.
6.2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying where applicable.
6.3. Payment terms (including due dates, late fees, and any deposit requirements) will be specified in the relevant agreement or invoice.
6.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
7. No Guarantees
7.1. Marketing and advertising results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platforms’ algorithms, and your own products or services.
7.2. While we aim to provide high‑quality services, we do not guarantee any specific results, such as particular levels of traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
8. Third‑Party Links & Tools
8.1. The Site may contain links to third‑party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Sonic Media Enterprise SRL.
